Accessibility Information
Stars Theatre welcomes guests of all abilities and aims to make their experience as accessible as we can. Our Theatre has a growing list of accessibility programs and access services for most mainstage performances. Additional accommodations available for all events and performances.
Lobby, Box Office & Lounge
Our main lobby is wheelchair accessible through the front entrance of the theatre, as well as through the front entrance of the Lounge.
The lobby includes the Box Office, which has a wheelchair accessible ticket window, as well as a wheelchair ramp into the mainstage auditorium.
The lounge includes restrooms and a full bar.
Restrooms
Gender diversity is welcome at Stars Theatre. Please use the restroom that best aligns with your personal gender identity or expression. The woman’s and men’s restrooms are both located in the Lounge, to the right of the bar.
Accessible Seating - Auditorium
There are no steps required to reach the first, second or third levels of seating. Most tables are accessible for wheelchair and other mobility assistive devices.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for any and all patrons who are hard of hearing to assist with amplification and clarity of the event. Headsets and devices (sanitized between each performance) can be obtained from the Box Office or the Lounge.
