Menu Orders
Final menu orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled performance date. Please contact the box office to place or adjust your food order.
Accessibility
Stars Theatre Restaurant is handicap accessible. When ordering tickets, please notify the box office if any additional wheelchair or audio accommodations need to be made for persons of handicap and their companions.
Seating
Our tables seat up to 2, 4 and 8. For larger parties please call the box office. Please note that tier one shares the floor with the band.
Private VIP seating in the Steinert Suite (second floor mezzanine) is available for all performances and seats up to 10.

As a courtesy to our performers and guests, we kindly ask that all cell phones and other mobile devices are set to silent during performances. If you must take a call or send a text during a performance, we kindly ask that you step into the lobby or lounge. The use of recording devices (cell phones, cameras, audio equipment, etc.) is prohibited.
Art Displays - Bakersfield Art Association
The art displayed in the theatre lobby and performance hall are provided by the Bakersfield Art Association. Please visit their website for more information.
Parking
There are several parking spaces within walking distance to the theatre. Recommended parking is located in the lot behind the theatre and the lot adjacent to Dagny’s Coffee Shop, located near the intersection of 20th and Eye Street.
On-Street Parking: On street parking spaces are available throughout downtown Bakersfield on a first come, first served basis. Most spaces have posted time limits which are monitored and enforced by the Bakersfield Police Department. There is no fee for on street public parking.
18th and Eye Parking Garage: The 18th & Eye Street parking structure provides approximately 500 covered and uncovered parking spaces for hourly and monthly use in the heart of downtown Bakersfield. Stars Theatre Restaurant is located within walking distance. Parking structure rates (as of July 1, 2015):
- First two hours – no charge
- $1 per each additional hour
- $10 maximum daily fee

Seating is first come, first served. The intimate venue is set up to seat 50 guests. Please note that the seating chart may vary depending on the show. Please call the box office for more information.
Food and Drink
Concessions are available in the lobby before each performance and at intermission. Concessions are allowed in the performance space however guests are asked to open food packaging before the performance starts. Please throw away all trash at intermission or after the show. We appreciate your help in keeping our theatre clean.
